Meet Ky

Hey guys! My Name is Ky and I started Hippie Collective in February of 2020 while I was jobless and bored. I was inspired by one of my favorite artist's wife Jamie Sultana. I saw a video of Jamie creating a resin piece, saw how much fun she was having while making it and decided to dabble in the art of candle making. My first candle didn't smell like anything and didn't even burn, I still have it as inspiration. I soon realized that candle making was a science and with a background in Veterinary Medicine, I was up for the challenge. For the first year, my candles smelled like nothing.
I started making them for fun but when my Mom found out what I was doing, she told everyone and soon I started filling orders. Without the push from her, I wouldn't have started selling them. The amount of support I've gotten from friends and family over the years has kept me going. I appreciate and love you guys more than you know.

About the candles

All the candles are made with all natural products. They are made with Soy wax, essential oils and topped with crystals & pedals. I wanted to make them as safe for you and your family (human and animal)
